Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Harwig IT B.V. and outline the rights and responsibilities of both the company and its clients.

Scope of services

Harwig IT B.V. provides software development, computer component sourcing and outsourced marketing mediation services. All deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are defined in individual agreements or confirmed proposals.

Client responsibilities

providing accurate and complete project information,
responding within reasonable timeframes to project-related communication,
supplying required materials or access credentials when applicable,
ensuring lawful use of all content, data and assets supplied to Harwig IT B.V.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed:
• Harwig IT B.V. retains ownership of development frameworks, internal tools and reusable components.
• Clients receive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended commercial purpose.
• Source code access, licensing and ownership terms are defined individually per project.

Pricing, payment & invoicing

Pricing is communicated before project initiation and confirmed electronically. Invoices are issued in accordance with Hungarian accounting regulations. Payment terms are specified per agreement and must be respected to avoid delays.

Project timelines

Timelines depend on the scope, availability of client materials and third-party dependencies. Harwig IT B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback or external service providers.

Limitation of liability

Harwig IT B.V. is not liable for:

third-party system failures, hosting interruptions or hardware defects,
incorrect or outdated information supplied by the client,
loss of revenue resulting from misuse or misconfiguration of delivered assets,
decisions made based on incomplete client communication.

Data protection

Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All processing complies with GDPR and Hungarian data protection law.

Jurisdiction & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of disputes, parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with competent Hungarian courts.
